A 3D printing retrospective
Ceramic Tableware, Trash Peaks — Designed by Rania Ghosn and El Hadi Jazairy (DESIGN EARTH),
These six ceramic vessels function as speculative models of future waste landscapes for Seoul. Used in a tea-ceremony setting, each piece represents an infrastructural proposal—such as incinerators and reclaimed landfills—inviting intimate discussion about consumption, waste, and ecological responsibility.
These pieces were 3d printed and glazed at Boston Ceramics in 2017.
